Best of Paper Parade

BEST OF           This is going to be a consistent competition among the teams. Each month, each team will be presented with a prompt and open for submissions. The four winners will then be posted on the Best Of thread where everyone who wishes to vote on their favorite may do so. The best out of the four will earn their team points.
