We're runaways, no one was us not even our own parents. Thrown away to the outskirt
s and left to die alone and in the cold. We never liked life, not once. Clench your teeth a
nd pretend to smile when a friendly old lady asks where your mother is. We never knew
out mothers. We live on the rough side, in dark and hidden alley ways and stingy apart
ments with blurry windows and mouldy sheets. We're not saints, were rough punks wh
o never asked for anything. Education, what's that? You could say we're a gang, a bunch
of moody kids who are never nice, and always covered in filthy clothes and dirt. We say
we're a family. We get into fights sure, there's nothing we can't handle. We've been here
forever, living on bleak sunlight and cigarette butts. Put more fuel in the fire, let it burn
forever, cause you're never gonna put us out. Either make it, or break it sweetheart. The
re's no room for crying when you're out on the streets. There's no room for begging like
that old homeless man you saw on the street last week. There's only room for staying a
live. Punks don't spook other punks. Keep your head high and don't let the stoners get 
you, cause then you ain't never coming back. Don't you know the kids aren't alright?

you're a kid who was never wanted as a child, you were abandoned by your parents and sent
to do whatever with your life. you can basically do whatever you like, you're a hood now. you
live with a bunch of other kids just like you in a run down house in an alley way. screw educa
tion, screw everything. you and the other kids have your own problems to deal with, but livi
ng on the streets is harder than you expect. no one will ever love you, do you realize that? you
will spend you whole life stealing things, do you realize that? this is your life and you can't
get a new one, do you realize that? truly, the kids aren't alright. the kids aren't alright.

the most reliable and sneaky of the
gang, hawkeye. [they] can hit the bullseye
on any target. [they]'re fast moving and
want things done. they also provide news
around the gang, wanna know something?

parters in crime with jack be quick, [they]
love to steal. they can get whatever then want
without the fuzz catching them, ripping off tags,
or scouting the lookout, jack be nimble can
do it. they have a part-time job at a magazine
stand and get paid $1 an hour.

very well. but that's not a problem, cause
[they] can outrun/ escape almost anything.

he has too much love. he doesn't hate a
single soul on earth, he's also very gay.
